Characteristics of Food Waste Wastewater:
- High organic content: Organic concentrations exceed tens of thousands of mg/L.
- High moisture content: Moisture content can reach 80%–95%.
- Rich in trace elements: N, P, K, Ca, etc. N and P levels reach thousands and hundreds of mg/L, respectively.
- Susceptible to mycotoxins, pathogens, and bacteria.
- Rich in proteins, cellulose, starch, and other organic components, with good biodegradability.
- Rich in oils and fats—both animal fats and vegetable oils—which exist in the wastewater in the forms of dissolved oil, emulsified oil, and suspended oil.
- Free of toxic substances.
The project is designed with a treatment capacity of 15 m³/d.
Process Flow:
Food waste wastewater → Collection Tank → Anaerobic Reactor → Integrated Biological Treatment System → Compliant Discharge
