Project Overview
- Positioned as a high-efficiency photovoltaic cell manufacturer, the company is engaged in photovoltaic cell manufacturing, R&D and production of TOPCon high-efficiency cells, photovoltaic equipment and component manufacturing, as well as solar power generation technical services.
- Acid/Alkaline Waste Gas Treatment Capacity: 4,000 m³/h
- Organic Waste Gas Treatment Capacity: 25,000 m³/h
Key Technical Challenges
- The waste gas contains nitrogen oxides, fluorides, organic VOCs, and acid gases, with complex composition and dispersed emission points, presenting considerable challenges for synergistic treatment and compliance control.
- Process tail gas exhibits significant fluctuations in temperature and concentration, along with strong corrosiveness. This necessitates a balanced approach encompassing collection efficiency, purification stability, and equipment anti-corrosion maintenance to ensure safe and stable operation.
Process Flow
- Acid/Alkaline waste gas:Waste gas source collection device → Acid Absorption Tower → Alkaline Absorption Tower → Centrifugal Fan → Exhaust Stack
- Organic waste gas:Waste gas source collection device → Bio-absorption Tower → Primary Activated Carbon → Secondary Activated Carbon → Centrifugal Fan → Exhaust Stack
