Project Overview
- Located in the Yancheng High-Tech Zone, the company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in optical filters. Its core products include blue glass IR-cut filters and heart rate monitoring sensors, with core technologies covering precision polishing, coating, and spin-coating. The company supplies to leading brands including Huawei, Xiaomi, and Samsung, with an annual production capacity exceeding 14 million filters upon full operation.
- The project is designed with a treatment capacity of 20 m³/h × 2 sets for the pure water system.
Key Technical Challenges
- The Grade I ultrapure water is required to achieve extremely high purity, with resistivity (25°C) ≥ 18.25 MΩ·cm. The system imposes stringent control requirements on microorganisms, TOC, and other parameters. The design of sanitary-grade piping with no dead zones, along with disinfection and contamination prevention control, presents considerable challenges.
- Fluctuations in raw water quality are prone to causing RO membrane scaling and fouling, necessitating stable control of the pretreatment and chemical dosing systems to ensure the long-term compliance of terminal ultrapure water quality.
Pipe Brand: SEKISUI (Japan) – a globally recognized leader in high-end plastic piping, known for its high cleanliness, chemical resistance, long service life, and seismic performance.
