Project Overview

  • A Sino-foreign joint venture high-tech enterprise specializing in the deep processing of dairy raw materials, the company was established in Jianhu, Yancheng in 2024, with a total investment of RMB 1 billion. Its core business focuses on the R&D and production of dairy-based health foods and foods for special medical purposes (FSMP).
  • The project is designed with a treatment capacity of 60 m³/h for the soft water system and 30 m³/h for the pure water system.

 

Key Technical Challenges

  • The system imposes stringent control requirements on microorganisms, TOC, and other parameters. The design of sanitary-grade piping with no dead zones, along with disinfection and contamination prevention control, presents considerable challenges.
  • Fluctuations in raw water quality are prone to causing RO membrane scaling and fouling, necessitating stable control of the pretreatment and chemical dosing systems to ensure the long-term compliance of terminal ultrapure water quality.

  • Soft Water System:Industrial tap water → Multi-Media Filter → Automatic Water Softener → Soft Water Distribution Unit
  • Pure Water System:Industrial tap water → Multi-Media Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Cartridge Filter → Primary RO → Secondary RO → Sanitary-Grade Water Supply Equipment for Reuse
