Project scale: 

This project involves chemical industry products, generating a portion of high-concentration benzene wastewater during production, as well as domestic sewage. If these wastewaters are discharged directly without treatment, they will cause severe pollution to the surrounding water environment. Therefore, treatment is required to ensure compliance with discharge standards.

The company has built a new sewage treatment system with a daily capacity of 150 m³/d, operating 24 hours a day. 

Process Flow: 

High-concentration wastewater collection well → high-concentration wastewater equalization tank → microelectrolysis → reaction tank 1 → Fenton oxidizer → flocculation reaction tank → flocculation sedimentation tank → low-concentration wastewater equalization tank → anaerobic tank → A/O tank → secondary sedimentation tank → clear water tank
