The project produces natural and synthetic flavors for use in food, daily chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, offering a series of products across five categories: alcohols, acids, esters, aldehydes, and lactones.

The daily process wastewater volume for this project is 8.0 m³, and the flushing wastewater volume is 32.0 m³. The sewage pretreatment system is designed for 10m³/d with 8-hour operation; the biochemical treatment system is designed for 40m³/d with 24-hour operation.


Technological process:

Process wastewater → collection and equalization tank → micro-electrolysis reactor → equalization tank 2 → ozone oxidation tank → pre-acidification tank → anaerobic reactor → selector → contact oxidation tank → sedimentation tank → intermediate water tank → activated carbon filter → clear water tank → compliant discharge
