Project scale:

The project involves chemical industry products, primarily producing phosphorus bromide, acetyl bromide, propionyl bromide, tert-butyl bromoacetate, tert-butyl α-bromoisobutyrate, o-aminophenol, o-ammonia, formic acid, red phosphorus, bromine, 2-bromopropane, 1-bromopentane, and other related products.  

The average daily water volume for this project is 60m³, consisting of 50m³ of phenol-containing wastewater and 10m³ of salt-containing wastewater. 

By extending the anaerobic retention time and installing outlet weir plates to increase tank capacity, the overall treatment capacity of the biochemical system can be enhanced, effectively meeting daily wastewater treatment requirements.  Operating 24 hours a day, the hourly water treatment capacity is 2.5 m³/h.


Design influent water quality: 

CODcr ≤ 3000 mg/L; salt content ≤ 5000 mg/L; phenol ≤ 80 mg/L.

Note:

1. High-salt wastewater undergoes three-effect evaporation for desalination, with the evaporated condensate entering the subsequent treatment system;

2. Phenol-containing wastewater undergoes pre-treatment, where phenolic organic compounds are degraded and broken down electrochemically, before entering the treatment system.


Technological process:

Saline wastewater → triple-effect evaporation system → collection tank → electrochemical unit → electrocoagulation flotation unit → equalization tank → hydrolysis tank → oxidation tank → secondary clarifier → sludge thickener → clear water tank
