Heze Spice Chemical Wastewater Treatment Station Upgrade Project

访问量:186

Project Overview

  • Located in the Coal Chemical Industrial Park of Juye County, the company specializes in the production and sales of flavors, fragrances, and fine chemical products. Its core product portfolio includes carvone, maltol, ethyl isovalerate, and others, serving the food, daily chemical, and related industries.
  • The project is designed with a wastewater treatment capacity of 30 m³/d, with equipment installation and commissioning now completed.
  • The wastewater stream originates from fragrance synthesis, esterification distillation, and cleaning processes, containing alcohols, esters, aromatic organics, and organic acids.

Key Technical Challenges

  • Significant fluctuations in both water quality and flow rate, accompanied by noticeable odors and color intensity.
  • Strict source-segregation and multi-stream pretreatment of high-strength wastewater must be implemented to ensure the stable operation of the biological system.
  • Aromatic and ester organic pollutants are refractory and difficult to degrade, necessitating enhanced pretreatment for ring cleavage and decomposition to reduce organic toxicity and load.

Process Flow

  • Production wastewater: Production wastewater → Carbon Residue Adsorption Tank → Equalization & Sedimentation Tank → Activated Carbon Filter Tank → Desalination Evaporator → Micro-Electrolysis Tank → Biochemical Feed Tank
  • Other low-concentration wastewater: Other low-concentration wastewater → Biochemical Feed Tank
  • Combined wastewater: Biochemical Feed Tank → UASB → Facultative Tank → Biological Contact Oxidation Tank → Inclined-Tube Sedimentation Tank → Ozone Oxidation Tank → Clear Water Tank → Reuse Supply / Industrial Park WWTP
  • Reclaimed water: Clear Water Tank → Multi-Media Filter → Cartridge Filter → RO System → Reclaimed Water Tank
