Jiangsu New Energy Photovoltaic Wastewater Treatment Station Project

访问量:186

Project Overview

  • Positioned as a high-efficiency photovoltaic cell manufacturer, the company is engaged in photovoltaic cell manufacturing, R&D and production of TOPCon high-efficiency cells, photovoltaic equipment and component manufacturing, as well as solar power generation technical services.
  • The project is designed with a wastewater treatment capacity of 2,000 m³/d, with equipment installation and commissioning now completed.
  • The wastewater stream comprises multiple types, including cutting wastewater, acid washing wastewater, and rinsing wastewater, with certain process streams containing high concentrations of fluoride ions.

Key Technical Challenges

  • Given the "segment-specific and type-specific" characteristics of the wastewater, classified pretreatment is required for characteristic pollutants such as high fluoride, high nitrogen, and high hardness.
  • The coexistence of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and phosphates makes it challenging to achieve deep fluoride removal at low concentrations, while phosphorus tends to rebound. Conventional single-stage precipitation alone cannot reliably meet the discharge standards.

Process Flow

  • Fluoride-containing wastewater:Acid/Alkali Adjustment Tank → Primary Fluoride Removal Sedimentation Tank → Secondary Fluoride Removal Sedimentation Tank → pH Reclamation Tank → Effluent Discharge Tank → Industrial Park WWTP
  • High-nitrogen wastewater and other low-concentration wastewater:Collection Tank → Biochemical Feed Tank → Primary A/O Tank → Secondary A/O Tank → Biological Sedimentation Tank → Effluent Discharge Tank → Industrial Park WWTP
