The Project Exhaust Characteristics:

The production process emits VOC organic gases, with strong odors and low but highly fluctuating concentrations. At the same time, based on a comprehensive consideration of the exhaust gas sources and plant layout, the construction will be carried out near the pollution sources. Taking into account the existing treatment system facilities in the two workshops, multiple pollution sources will be collected and treated using individual fans before being combined and discharged.  

The scale of the exhaust gas project: 

2 units with air volumes of 18,000 m³/h and 15,000 m³/h respectively

waste gas collection pipeline system - alkaline spray absorption tower - biological spray absorption tower - UV photocatalysis - elevated emission
