Industrial pipeline mixers commonly include static baffle-type, orifice-plate-type, and tee-type mixers, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Pipeline mixers are available in three material options: FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic), carbon steel, and stainless steel. The FRP option offers advantages such as ease of fabrication, robust durability, and excellent corrosion resistance.<\/p>\n<p>A pipeline mixer typically consists of a pipe section equipped with mixing-promoting elements such as nozzles, vortex chambers, perforated plates, or specially shaped plates.
