As a centralized wastewater treatment facility serving the industrial park, the project provides treatment services to enterprises in agricultural products processing, food, and feed industries. The treated effluent is required to meet the Class I A discharge standard, primarily receiving high-strength organic wastewater to safeguard the water environment and ecological security of the park.<\/li>\n<li>The Phase I project is designed with a treatment capacity of 3,600 m\u00b3\/d and has been completed and is now in normal operation and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Technical Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The wastewater exhibits complex composition with coexisting high organic matter and high ammonia nitrogen loads, along with significant fluctuations in both water quality and flow rate, demanding exceptionally high shock loading resistance from the treatment system.<\/li>\n<li>Agricultural products processing wastewater is prone to foaming, sludge bulking, and residual color, making advanced treatment and consistent compliance particularly challenging.
