The company is primarily engaged in poultry slaughtering and processing, cold chain distribution, and food technology R&amp;D.<\/li>\n<li>The project is designed with a treatment capacity of 1,500 m\u00b3\/d.<\/li>\n<li>The wastewater primarily originates from poultry slaughtering, scalding, cleaning, and workshop rinsing operations, containing substantial amounts of blood residues, oils and fats, and feather fragments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Technical Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High concentrations of blood residues and oils and fats are prone to causing pipeline blockages and sludge bulking. The efficiency of pretreatment for solids removal and oil separation directly determines the stable operation of the entire system.<\/li>\n<li>Wastewater quality fluctuates significantly with slaughtering batches and production schedules.
