It is an integrated enterprise spanning agricultural planting and breeding, processing, cold-chain warehousing, food ingredient distribution, and catering management, primarily engaged in the supply of fresh ingredients\u2014including vegetables, fruits, fresh meat, and aquatic products\u2014as well as group catering services.<\/li>\n<li>The project is designed with a treatment capacity of 10 m\u00b3\/d and has now been fully completed.<\/li>\n<li>The wastewater mainly comes from fruit and vegetable washing, meat processing, and workshop rinsing, containing organic matter, suspended solids, oils and fats, as well as minor amounts of blood residues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Technical Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The high content of suspended solids and animal\/vegetable oils demands rigorous pretreatment for solids removal and oil separation; otherwise, equipment clogging may occur and subsequent biological treatment performance could be compromised.<\/li>\n<li>Production activities are concentrated during specific periods, resulting in significant fluctuations in wastewater flow.
