Shandong Papermaking Wastewater Treatment and Resource Recovery Project

访问量:186

Project Overview

  • Established in 1982, the company has a total production capacity exceeding 15 million tons, primarily engaged in the production of cultural, packaging, and household paper, specialty paper, and dissolving pulp. It is recognized as an industry benchmark in green intelligent manufacturing and supply chain synergy.
  • The project is designed with a wastewater treatment capacity of 100,000 m³/d.
  • The wastewater primarily originates from pulping and cooking, bleaching, and papermaking mid-stage processes, containing lignin, AOX, SS, and other pollutants, with high color intensity.

Key Technical Challenges

  • Large wastewater discharge volumes with significant fluctuations in water quality.
  • High color intensity, high concentrations of refractory organics, and AOX present considerable removal challenges, requiring an integrated combination of pretreatment, biological treatment, and advanced treatment processes to achieve stable compliance.

Process Flow
Production wastewater → Screen Machine → Primary Sedimentation Tank → Equalization Tank → Anaerobic Reactor → Oxidation Ditch System → Secondary Sedimentation Tank → Collection Tank → Advanced Oxidation System → Final Sedimentation Tank → Compliant Discharge
