Three-Phase Separator:It is the most critical component of high-efficiency anaerobic reactors, primarily installed in UASB reactors or third-generation high-rate anaerobic reactors used for the treatment of high-strength organic wastewater from industries such as food processing, chemical manufacturing, and livestock farming. It serves as a key device in anaerobic biological treatment systems for organic wastewater.
It can effectively achieve gas-liquid-solid three-phase separation, while also serving two additional functions:
1. It collects biogas generated from the reaction chamber beneath the separator and achieves near-complete gas-liquid separation, minimizing the impact of rising biogas on the sedimentation performance of the effluent.
2. It effectively separates granular sludge from the reactor effluent and returns it to the reactor, thereby maintaining a sufficient sludge concentration within the reactor.
