Pipeline Mixer:A pipeline mixer is designed to achieve uniform mixing of fluids as they flow through a pipe, utilizing a specific component or mixing element without any moving mechanical parts. Industrial pipeline mixers commonly include static baffle-type, orifice-plate-type, and tee-type mixers, among others.
Pipeline mixers are available in three material options: FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic), carbon steel, and stainless steel. The FRP option offers advantages such as ease of fabrication, robust durability, and excellent corrosion resistance.
A pipeline mixer typically consists of a pipe section equipped with mixing-promoting elements such as nozzles, vortex chambers, perforated plates, or specially shaped plates. Generally, three pipe sections are connected in series to form a single mixing unit (additional sections may be added depending on the properties of the media being mixed).
