Shandong Fine Chemical Wastewater Operation Project

访问量:115

Fine Chemical Wastewater Characteristics:

1. Complex water composition: The fine chemical production process is lengthy, involves complex operations, and generates numerous by-products, resulting in wastewater with more complex pollutant components.

2. High pollutant concentration: Fine chemical wastewater has a high COD value, reaching tens of thousands or even over 100,000. Additionally, the ammonia nitrogen concentration in fine chemical wastewater is also high, and elevated levels of ammonia nitrogen, particularly free ammonia, can exert toxic effects on biological systems.

3. High levels of toxic, harmful, and biologically persistent substances: Most organic components in fine chemical wastewater consist of toxic or persistent pollutants, such as organic halogen compounds, nitro compounds, and surfactants. Additionally, the wastewater often contains heavy metal ions, which severely inhibit biological systems and are the primary cause of non-compliant effluent discharge.

4. High salinity: The wastewater from certain industries contains high levels of salt, which significantly inhibits microbial activity. For example, when the chloride ion concentration in the wastewater is elevated, it can impair or even kill microorganisms in the biochemical system.

5. High chromaticity: The chromaticity of wastewater from industries such as pesticides and dyes is typically thousands to tens of thousands of times higher.

The designed treatment capacity: 150 m³/d with 24-hour operation effluent output
