Project scale:

The main products of this project are citral and litsea cubeba oil. In recent years, it has also developed and produced over 20 products across three series, including garlic oil, ginger oil, valerian oil, linaloe oil, perilla oil, and citronella oil, with an annual processing and sales volume of 1,500 tons of various spice oils.

The total treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is 20 m³/d, consisting of 10 m³/d of industrial wastewater and 10 m³/d of domestic sewage. The pretreatment system for industrial wastewater is designed for 8-hour operation, while the biological treatment system operates continuously for 24 hours.

Considering a certain margin in the treatment process, the total water volume is designed for 32m³/d. Additionally, the project includes handling exhaust gases generated during wastewater treatment.  

Technological process:

Production wastewater → manual bar screen → production wastewater collection tank → oil separator → air flotation tank → pH adjustment tank → iron-carbon microelectrolysis → pH neutralization and sedimentation tank → intermediate tank → high-efficiency anaerobic reactor → A/O² → biological sedimentation tank → MBR tank → ozone-treated clean water discharge tank
